How we work...
For your commission, we can change the size and shape of a gemstone setting, make slight adjustments such as the width of a ring band or design a one-of-a-kind for you only.
We can source the gemstone of your dreams and supply precious metal from our trusted suppliers or we can repurpose the diamonds and gold from your family heirlooms and vintage keepsakes.
1/An exact Replication: If you'd like to repurpose your gold and/or gemstones to create one of our existing designs ,requiring no adjustments, we will not require a fee. Just fill out the form below and we'll send you a quote.
2/Customization: A one-time design fee of $150 for slight customizations to an existing design. We'll source the gemstone/s of your choice or repurpose your vintage jewellery to create one of our signature designs. One to 3 sketches/digital images will be sent to your email for selection before we create your order. The design fee is non-refundable but will be applied to the total cost of your order.
3/ One-Of-A-Kind Design ~ uniquely designed for you. A one-time design fee of $500 to $800 will be required to start the work of creating personalized sketches and/or gem sourcing. This fee includes a series of preliminary design sketches and quotes with one additional finalized design for your approval. We're happy to tweak the design to achieve perfection if necessary. The design fee is non-refundable but will be applied to the total cost of your order. An email invoice will be sent to you before we begin the design work. We require 6 to 12 weeks to complete your bespoke piece from the date of deposit.

Customs & Fees for International Orders
We take great pride in offering you a premium service that takes care of you every step of the way no matter where you’re located. We work with people from all over the globe.
If you live outside of Canada always expect to pay customs fees and tax on your orders – this is not included in the price and is set by your country’s customs and regulations.
Unfortunately, due to changes in border security and trade agreements between Canada and USA we will not be offering our Heirloom/Vintage redesign service to US clients at this time. We continue to take orders for Ready Stock and Custom Orders that are created using our supply of precious metals (sterling silver, gold, platinum) and gemstones. Prices listed on our website for US dollars include the 35% tariff fees. Quotes for custom design will also include the 35% tariff fee. Since there is a significant difference in the Canadian and US dollar this 35% balances out with the Canadian to US dollar conversion rate (subject to change but we monitor the exchange rate daily).
